SensitiSation…
We conduct educational outreaches in secondary schools, tertiary institutions, and corporate organisations, addressing issues such as mental well-being, healthy masculinity and femininity, gender equity, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, and other forms of gender-based violence.
Through seminars, advocacy campaigns, lectures, and camps, we engage men, boys, women, and girls in thoughtful conversations about identity, responsibility, and respect. These engagements reintroduce and examine the concept of masculinity and its evolving role in a world shaped by gender equality and changing social realities.
Our sensitisation efforts aim to promote awareness, encourage responsible attitudes, and inspire individuals to participate actively in building healthier relationships and safer communities.

SocialiSation…
We create engaging community platforms, including WeAnew Circles, where people come together to connect, share, and support one another in the ongoing work of becoming better every day. In these spaces, individuals bring their strengths while receiving encouragement and accountability in areas where they seek growth.
Our goal is to reach and impact at least 1 million people within 5 years, nurturing individuals who become agents of positive influence in their families, communities, and workplaces. Through these spaces, we foster reorientation and resocialisation that encourage healthier relationships, responsible living, and purposeful engagement with society.

Stories…
We utilise storytelling and media to enhance human experiences, share transformative journeys, and shape healthier cultural narratives.
Through film, podcasts, documentaries, digital storytelling, interviews, blogs, and publications, we create platforms where individuals can share their realities, voice their struggles, and reflect on their growth.
By sharing stories of challenge, resilience, and transformation, we foster healing, learning, and meaningful connection while promoting the vision and mission of ManAnew.

Skills...
We support individuals who need skills development but cannot afford specialised training. Through vocational opportunities, mentorship, and practical support, we help participants develop the competencies needed to pursue dignified, sustainable livelihoods.
Economic empowerment enables women and girls to gain independence and escape harmful environments often sustained by financial vulnerability. It also supports men and boys in pursuing constructive life paths, reducing the risk of destructive behaviours linked to economic frustration.
Through skills development, we promote self-reliance, dignity, and responsible participation in society.
