ManAnew Skills
The ManAnew Skills Development Program supports boys, girls, and young people by connecting them with vocational training, skill acquisition opportunities, and practical resources that promote self-reliance and economic stability.
Many young people face barriers to employment and financial independence due to limited access to training and mentorship. By supporting skill development, the program helps participants build the confidence, competence, and resilience needed to navigate life’s economic realities.
For boys and young men, access to meaningful skills and livelihood opportunities helps reduce frustration and encourages constructive life paths that foster responsibility and positive masculinity. For girls and young women, economic empowerment strengthens their ability to make independent life decisions and pursue healthier personal and social environments.
As part of ManAnew’s commitment to gender equity and human development, the program provides both boys and girls with opportunities to gain practical skills, training, and mentorship that enable them to build dignified and sustainable livelihoods.
Through this initiative, we aim to nurture self-reliant individuals who contribute productively to their families, communities, and society.
